Here in Louisiana, I pay 4.98 a pack for ML.

 

I was forced to quit back in the 90's when I was working on a modded FE and got hammered with carbon monoxide poisoning. You won't smoke after that unless you just like passing out. Ciggys back then were like $23.00 a carton. My brother still smokes and his Camels are running him $75.00 a carton so he decided to roll his own. The can of tobacco was costing him $12.00 and now it's around $20.00. Don't remember the name but it's a yellow can FWIW.

 

I buy my MB special blend lights for $26.50 A cartonthey are just like the old MB lights were BEFORE they put that damn "FSC" crap in cigs.

When my dad quit, he figured out how much he spent per year, and bought himself something nice at Christmas time for the same amount. Of course back then it was only $300 some dollars.

 

What do you smoke? Last time I went to get a pack it cost me $13.65

 

Smokes here in NYS at the indian reservation are 20.00 a carton of 10 and up.

I smoked Marlboro Reds for 6 years and when the price went up to $6.00 a couple months ago I switched to L&M full flavor. The exact same thing as MB Red but they're $4.56 a pack.

 

Gas is expensive enough!! Never tried it and never will...it is just too expensive. Might as well go in your wallet, pull out a 10 spot, and light up.

Tuttled - Also in Saskatoon, here. I prefer Du meriers, seem to be a little more expensive, but I'm only a drinker-smoker.

Why would you do that when that 10 bucks could buy you many cigarettes to light up?

 

4.36 for MB's here in MS, and thats after Obama added his tax and the state put 50 cents on it too LOL Last year it was right at 3 bucks with our sales tax. (Which is a ridiculous 7% itself!)

 

I wouldn't pay that much for sex, much less a pack of coffin nails......
