Does it run or not? How long does it take to crank? Does it stumble, misfire, blue/black smoke, etc? Do you get a check engine light on your dashboard?

Keep in mind you need 3 things for combustion:
1. Fuel
2. Air.
3. Spark

If it wont crank, you have problems in 1 or more of those areas:

Fuel: Fuel Pump, fuel filter, clogged fuel lines, etc
Air: Clogged filter, sensor bad, etc
Spark: Disconnected plug wire, bad plugs/wires, bad coils, etc

I would start by pulling all 6 spark plugs and putting new plugs and wires on the truck. Then, listen when you turn the key on and see if you can hear the fuel pump priming the fuel lines. Pull your intake apart and pull the filter out, letting the truck breathe openly while you crank it.
