I own a finish carpentry business and we currently do about 85-100 houses a year and I just picked up a new builder that does 300 a year. Im just in a great mood and had to tell someone so I figured this was a good place, thanks for listening.

Thanks everyone im on cloud 9 today. Hopefully my mods list will get done sooner than i thought but still gotta be smart and save. you never now how its gonna go in construction.
