Waterbed.....
Dumped mine, and I had a good one too. Went to the sleep number pillow top and my morning back pains went away, I love it. The cool part was they make one that fits my water bed frame so I didn't have to buy anything else, the sheets fit too!!!( how cool is that?)
I think you'll be happy with the sleep number.
You are going to let us know what you end up with-Right?

This is what I had all through college... Loved it! Until I met my girl and then she's allergic to down... so had to toss it!

I worked at a furniture store for 4 years and we never had much luck with the memory-foam type mattresses. We never sold tempur-pedic (or anything of that caliber) but we did sell a few memory foam mattresses and did have a few complaints about how they felt hot sleeping on it. Our rep told us it was because the foam doesn't 'breathe' like a traditional mattress. I think it would be a good idea to try one out if they do in fact have a trial period because it's so different that you won't really be able to tell if you like it or not until you sleep for a little while on it.

My water bed was like a war zone one evening. I was doing the big nasty and missed one stroke and jabbed a huge giant hole in the bed mattress and the waterfall began!!!. I am a bad man!!! my old girlfriends call me bigfootandahalf..............................

PS them blowup beds are n o good because when the pump goes it costs big bucks to replace them and they break often.... waste of money.. work harder and you will be able to sleep anywhere. Or maybe try stuffing a couple Canadians under yourself but make sure they are the chubby ones as they are the most comfy... Look up habibi.....
