It's about the same as Canada. he is in a Washington D.C. suburb.

 

Suburbs of DC ain't bad, as long as you get to Texas as quick as possible.

 

I spent three days in DC early last year and didn't bump into one person who spoke English.....

 

If you had a clue what you were doing, would YOU want to live in DC? Politicians, "no speaka de englis" and the only ones who have guns (since they're outlawed) are the only ones who would even think of living in that cesspool! The politicians outlawed guns because they knew they'd be the statistics instead of the poor defenseless joker on the street (that is, foolish enough to walk the streets of that shooting gallery).
