Seems pretty accurate. They have most of the ones I know of in my city.

 

They move around too much. Its not a pre-determined thing, most cops I know just drive along until they see a spot they like. I know several repeaters I see throughout my period of work that I pass all the time, after a few times they don't even bother to check me

 

Our cops tend to always use the same spots. I see them quite often too. Bad part is they really like doing it at night since the majority of their cars are unmarked black crown vics.
