With the age of that ski, and the number of years it has set up. I would bypass the oil injecter pump, and run premixed 30/1 in it. Those pumps are a pitfall for the skis. Then I would just take the Carb of and get it rebuilt at a shop. The other thing is the the gas system has to be sealed and running pressure from the exhaust, with a checkvalve to hold the pressure. Some new sparkplugs. It will probably fire up.
Then when you get it running, a lack of HOT starting , would indicate a jug rebuild.
I have own several over the years, and the oil pumps do fail frequently, causing a lack of lubrication. After that I just always ran premix in them.
I would probably replace the rubber water lines too. They're probably pretty dry.

Over the years I've had Stand ups- 300, 440, 550, and a 650 SX, and in sitdowns, I've had an X2, a 750zxi, and a 900. I sure miss the standups the most, but the sit downs are alot of fun also.
