Update after surgery

It's been 4 months to the day since I underwent gastric bypass surgery, I was 454 lbs the day of surgery, this morning I weighed in at 326, total loss so far of 128 lbs.

Awesome, and agree with mtnbikes... your heart will will definitely thank you! Both my Aunt and one of my cousins had this procedure done a couple of years ago and they have both lost a ton of weight just like you did. Only down side is not being able to eat very much... not sure how they do it because I do like to eat! Don't forget to take your vitamins!

Wow, that is fantastic. Just think, if you lose another 120 lbs, and you've lost one of me. I'm working on losing 20lbs. I want to get back to 220.

I'll be happy to get under 300, but my ultimate goal is under 250.

I've been working on a new exercise, called: Push away from the table. Seriously, I'm walking away hungry. for breakfast I had the fruit bowl with all grain toast - no butter. I told the waitress I wanted butter, and she said I don't need butter, and put in the order without it. I laughed so hard, I'm sure that burned a few calories.

So are you able to eat a full meal or do you get full after a small amount of food?
