I hit 324 today, 130 lbs. gone bye-bye.

hopefully you keep it off-my sister lost half her weight in less than a yr-not even a yr after that, gained more than she lost-big waste of money

I hit 308 today, thats 146 lbs lost. The next milestone is when I lose 150 (304 lbs) and when I get under 300.

Have to say when I saw you last night I bout pooped my pants, (which would have been a crappy ride home), You look great, keep it up. I weigh 165 next time I see ya I'll jump on your back for a reminder and inspiration, lol
