Snow, Metroplex style...

Some shots on my way home from work. We got about 4-6" of measly snow. Temps were hovering around 32 at the time but conditions are worsening as the temps drop farther below freezing. Everything will be a big crusty icy mess tomorrow morning.

Yes...here in Texas we only have one season and it's called summer. This snow is due to global warming and is unusual.

No ice this winter so I haven't changed them. Besides I drive maybe 8 miles a day now that I'm in the vanpool to work.

Just had to chime in with the global warming thing huh? Question, what melted the ice age? Cave men driving their cars around and factories belching carbon emissions in the air?

NBC dallas news just said today is the snowiest day in DFW history. 7.9" - the record was 7.8" up until just a few minutes ago

Yeah and it's still coming down. We'd have more measurable snow on the ground but I believe it's melting from the bottom since the ground is not cold enough. It has been snowing here for about 18 hours now.

I think it was the cavemen hauling their food around in their diesels.

Even with snow on it your truck looks amazing Stealth

We got some here in Stephenville. It's still snowing - didn't start here until about 10:30. Took this shot at about 5:30 or so.
