Don't know how much we have here, I would say at least 18". Can't get out my front door at this time. May have to go out the back so IO can shovel my front deck. And it's still snowing, heavy.

Well...they were originally calling for 1"-3" around here. Then they said 10"-12". We might have 3" on the ground and it looks like it s just about done here. Was certainly hoping for more!

Well, I was wrong. Have to say 22-24 so far. And I did have to go out the back to shovel the front deck. Only did about 1/3 of it. Just enough to get out the door and up and down the steps. Now I have to shovel out in front of the shed to get the blower out. I hope the snow isn't too deep for the blower.

I live in NE Kentucky and we were supposed to get about 8". Well this morning looks like we have like 1.5" and that the snow is starting to taper off.

We got 24" last night. I went and plowed this morning and the snows just about to the bottom of the fender on the quad.

Haven't seen so much as a flake down here in Houston yet.....

A co-worker of mine was looking at a job in Buffalo yesterday afternoon and then had to drive back to his home in Pittsburgh after he was done -- I wonder if he made it?

There's nothing better than being snowed in with a big storm like that -- it's one of the things I really miss about living up north! Even the digging out part can be kind of fun since it's such an "event" for everyone. Then curl up on the couch with a nice warm dinner and watch the Super Bowl -- life doesn't get any better than that......

I'm originally from Media, PA. just south of Philly. I wonder how everyone is doing there today. Myself, well the it's supposed to be 69 and sunny here in Tucson today, so I guess I'll be washing and waxing the truck then headed to the pistol range and do a little shooting. Sorry guys, but I do remember what it was like. That's why I'm not going back. Have a great day!

The difference between dry snow and wet snow.

Last Saturday we got 7" of dry snow.

Today we got 3" of wet snow.
Parked in the same spot, just turned around.

Look at the difference in the trees, half the amount looks worse when it's wet.
