If you can have the seller send a phoney bill for say $400, then the border charges on that. You have documents and they don't have time to research what a used Rancho kit is going for. Whatever you declare, 13% is going to be taxed. Unless of course they are in a good mood. You'd be surprised how much I've gotten away with, declaring everything and upwards of $800 and they still let me go. Bought something once for $50 and got pulled in. Didn't pay on that because you are allowed $100 per person per day.

yea blue im hopin i get through ok, the seller did say he would make up a bill saying a paid $500 for it so im good there so 13% of that is only like 60 bucks or something.

If you are going to declare a bill for a lower amount than you paid there had better not be a bill on you or in the vehicle that is the true value. They will find it and the fines and or losing your purchase will not be worth the small amount you save. I hope this is understood as i see some need translation.

there is no other bill, im also going to bring two paypal invoices that total $500 so hopefully that will help.
