Computer Question?

Well whenever I'm browsing the internet and this happens a lot using these forums and others. I go to submit a reply or try to go to another page and it comes up with internet explorer cannot display this page. So then I refresh it and sometimes it says it again or it will go back to normal. In some circumstances when also replying it says internet explorer cannot display page but I keep trying to refresh and it won't but if I click back it goes back to the reply. Then I click reply again and it goes through sometimes and it will say sorry double post. So sometimes it will go through with what I replied with and sometimes it won't.

Any ideas or advice? I've tried running my anti virus. Clearing all memory but just don't know what to do anymore. My desktop will do this as well.

Thanks Guys

It ain't you. This site (and some other IB-owned ones AFAIK) are having sporadic issues....

FYI - there is a "Q's about the site" forum ...

I don't know what browser you are using?
But I seem to have the least amount of issues when using Firefox on the pc or Safari on the mac.

There's your problem right there.

Get a proper browser like Firefox or Chrome and save yourself some headaches.

That browser non sense is BS. Mhockey, I have 3 different browsers. I used to use IE, but it sucks, so I use FF for most of what I do. Safari is ok, but I usually use that for facebook because FF has a tendency to freeze and hang when someone fb chats me. It's not you or the browsers, I believe it is the IB sites, esp this one. I almost exclusively get it on this site and very few others, just once in a while as expected. I scan my comp for viruses too.
