I didn't really care who won the game, but it was clear that Texas would've beaten Alabama badly if McCoy wouldn't have been injured.

As for Colt being a "crybaby": If you want to see grown men cry, scan the sidelines next month of the losing Super Bowl team. Many of those men know they will probably never get the chance to play in another one.

Colt showed a lot of class at the end of the game calling Alabama a "tremendous" team.

I don't agree with your first statement. Thats dumb. Alabama is a better team by far. Did you see them destroy florida? Now that Colt went out, everyone will say thats the only eason bama won! Thats stupid, They won bc they are and awesome team and they kick ***!

That was classy of colt, as long as your not saying alabama has no class. cause they have more class than any other team and saban is awesome and classy.

I'll disagree with Saban being classy. With a 10 point lead and less than two minutes to go take the knee win the game no need to run the score up just because you can. And yes I’m talking after the face mask call that put the ball on the five. How can you call that move classy?

Your on the 3rd yard line with like 3 minutes or so to go. Thats not running the score up, you have no choice but to run the ball with that much time on the clock. You play till the game is over, and the game was not over.

According to the play by play on espn.com INT was with 1:46 on the clock. Score was with 0:47 on the clock on second down. Texas had 1 T.O. left didn't take on first down so I so I doubt they would have taken it. (If they would have I would be making the same comment about Mack Brown)

So lets see snap for the 2 yard TD run would have been with maybe 50sec left. So a knee would have taken 40sec off the clock between 2nd and 3rd down. That gets the clock down to 10sec 1 more knee gets the trophy.

I have felt that Alabama has been one of the classiest of the SEC teams that move just drops my respect for Saban's program a bit.

im with you on that one. with a 10 point lead and that little of time, im quite sure a few knees would have easily ended the game and shown a little more class. completely unnessary.

as for colts interview at the end, i dont think ive ever heard so much disappointment in someone's voice. made me really feel for him. to get your team that far, just to have a freak accident sit you out for the biggest game in your career.

They weren't running up the score. It's not like they were throwing deep passes, or running trick plays. They simply ran the ball. Texas could have stopped them.

In my opinion you play the game until time runs out.

I guarantee Saban would have normally taken the knee, but like hwm3 said, their wasn't any trickery it was a simple run with a Freshman rb.

Would Texans be complaining if the Longhorns had run the score up if the rolls had been reversed...I seriously doubt it.

Bama WON, Texas Lost, End of Story.

ROLL TIDE!!!
