I get 6 quarts of Valvoline and a FL-820s and it's 29 and some change. But I change it like once a month so it adds up quick

I'm not sure if you can check it or not, I'd think you could. Maybe try getting on WalMarts website and see if there's a place to type in the card #.

 

fl820s on that 5.8? arent those FL-1A?

 

Used to be. That's what I thought when I first got the truck. Went out and got a FL-1A got home, drained all the oil out of and went to put the filter on but it wouldn't fit. I got all mad and THEN read the owners manual and looked it up online. They changed it sometime in the 90's to a FL-820.

I had one of those for a couple years.
