It's called the terrier pose. Nearly all terriers do it. Sometimes to get you to play, sometimes just to get your attention.

 

well it worked. this thing will not chill out. it literally runs everywhere and wont go to sleep

You have to excuse me I spent the weekend with a chihuahua humping a chocolate lab. The poor runt lost 2 pounds, thats but 30% of his weight.
Now he growls if you look at him, but he has ab's of steel.

Im even tired.

 

I think your dog saw big foot or maybe a Godzilla and King Kong fight.
