FURminator
I think you just sold me. I've been looking for something that would combat the shedding better than the regular brushes they sell everywhere.
My Siberian Husky loves getting brushed...and belly-rubbed.

I too will vouch for the "Furminator". I got one for $34.95 on sale somewhere, and they work BETTER than any brush I've ever used, on dogs or cats, before! One of my dogs does not really like being brushed, but LOVES the Furminator! Unfortunately, I can't have cats anymore, my wife is allergic to AIR, much less cats!!!
The Furminator is definitely worth buying

My dad had a rat terrier as an outside dog. Recently I came home to find him shivering so violently he couldn't stand up on the back deck. He would just yelp when no one even touched him. I could tell he was in pain and it hurt me as I've been in pain like that. I Took him to the vet and they x-rayed him. He has a slipped disk and bruised ribs.
I think one of my step sisters kids kicked him to look cool. Stupid things kids do. But, they are all under 7 or 8. I think the kick bruised his ribs and slipped his disk. The Vet said a kick could do that but couldn't rule out what happened to him.
For all you small dog owners my vet said small dogs have a tendency to have "slipped" disks. So if you ever find your small dog shivering or yelping without being touched or moving, get him/her x-rayed asap.
They put him on an anti-inflammatory and doggy pain meds for the rest of his life.
I was so upset I thought about giving him 1/3 of a percocet I had before the vet opened but thought it would kill him. I hate seeing anyone in pain animal or person like that.
I adopted him..
I got him two flea baths, clipped nails, and doggie breath bones. He sleeps with me now. He's such a good dog and its getting colder so its nice to have some extra warmth. Better than the old ex wife
.. He dont snore, steal covers, or talk about his feelings.
I am honestly not a huge animal lover. They usually **** me off. But this dog listens very well and hes grown on me. My dad has had him for almost 10 years. He's always a good dog.

Yeah that was a stiff price. I used to have a cat that looked just like yours. Gray and white. He was an ally cat sharp as nails mean as hell. He would shed all over. His hair has stuffed vacuums before. I miss him... RIP JINGLES.
