About a month ago I posted I finaly got my approval for bariatric surgery. Went under the knife yesterday morning, and I feel like I was hit by a mack truck. I keep you all posted on the progress, I was 454 at weigh in yesterday.

Hopefully I'm going home today. I'm up walking around, so there is no reason to keep me here any longer.

 

That's good news. What will your diet consist of now, and in the meantime while you're recuperating?

A coworker just had this done and in 90days he went from 450lbs to 215lbs. He looks much better, and is less tired now... His food intake went from approx 25000 cal to under 1000 cal a day.

He is taking multi-vitamins to supplement lack of food for now. He has problems holding down certain foods.

Anyway good luck and I'm sure you'll feel much better over the next few weeks.
