Im on A-Break nights on 12-hour shifts one week we'll work Mon tues friday sat and sun which is our long week then our short week we only work wed and thurs. Our shift has had to draft plenty of day shift over to help us with people being out. All I did was I drunk alot of fluids and took medicine back to back when I could.
