Well I dunno....just from that picture it looks to me more like trickery with the little sweater thingy all pulled off to the sides as if it were pushed there. Not that she's totally lacking, but I just don't see anything really jumping out at me here...and I tend to be a big fan of aforementioned items. Maybe more pics or different angles are necessary for a proper diagnosis.

 

Yup - the sweater and the necklace. They all contribute to the illusion. (She's actually a 32 AA, but your eyes get fooled by the accessories).
