I've never played Forza before since I didn't have a Xbox but this year I have one and I cannot wait for F3 to come out. I think I might have to pre order it. I loved the GT series for the playstations so hopefully this will be just as good if not better.

It is more then an "Acrade racing game" like Need For Speed. And they call it a simulator, we're just playing on their terms

I to am a Forza/GT freak. Love both of them. I'm a little worried about Forza 3 leaning towards a NFS feel thou. One of the trailers I watched had a car skidding out, rolling down the track backwards with all the other cars, finally whipping it around and continuing on with the pack. Not saying you cant save something like that...I have a couple times but not in stride with the pack. You always lose some spots and it really slows you down. Also another part showed a car running out on the grass and not losing a step in the race. Once agian, in all the other Forza games you run off the track it slows you down and gets a little loose depending on the car. Hopefully all of this was just hype and not actuall game play.

When yall get it let us now how it is. I'll wait a year or so for it to drop around the $20-$30 mark before I buy it. I'm a Joo like that thou. Havnt bought a new game since Morrowind GOTY Edition.

Did you hear the music with the trailer as well? They were driving with the tempo of the music. But no, its not like Need For Speed. They are getting worse and worse with their games

Release is October. No date yet

And yes, you can mod these things to the 10th degree. No two vehicles is alike once you mod and tune them

I always hated that when you were doing 120 going into a corner a little tight, touch the grass and you instantly slow down to 40. Such BS.

FM2 was like that FM1 was better IMO about letting you cut a corner at your own risk without bogging you down.

I miss when they released good racing sims/games for PC. I have a logitech G25 collecting dust . The Forza screens look badass... as we see them. Let's see them at full 1080 resolution though.

if it is USB i would imagine so. and no, Forza is made by Microsoft and Turn 10 studios, definately an 360-only game.

a quick check of the newly released official 410 car list shows that they have indeed left the SVT Lightning out of the game. What a shame.

Turn10 (developers) promise a downloadable car pack of 10 vehicles per month, for 12 months. in total the game will end with about 600 driveable vehicles. i only hope the include the Terminator or Lightning in there somewhere.
