I snagged that with my camera phone will trying to find a spot to park at a shopping center on Telegraph Canyon Rd in Chula Vista, Ca.. Thought I had a good spot but that sucker fooled me then I caught the plates and had to take a pic.

Yeah, they are ugly! But look on youtube for video with these things using a
200hp hyabusa motor! The rear tires just keep spinning!!! Now they have to put in the new v-max motor for more low down torque!!
