A megalomaniac, not much different from Adolph Hitler, Benito Mussolini or Joseph Stalin who happens to be named Osama Bin Laden planned and executed these attacks. He is still laughing at us. Direct your anger at him, and encourage your Government to find and bring him to justice!

Actually, if you read the Qur'an-as I did approximately 2 years ago-you will discover that all non-believers are to be killed. The media's claim that people like Osama Bin Laden are "fanatics" is actually false. He is doing precisely what his religion commands him to do. That is why he is a national hero in many many nations.

I choose to live in peace with all peoples. But it is never wise to be ignorant of the world's religions and not fully understand them.

Unfortunately, the tone and text of your post does not bare this out. You seem to be more concerned with the feelings of the minority of Muslims that have been mistreated since 9/11 than the victims that will suffer for the rest of their lives having seen loved ones killed. We never even hear the stories of rescue workers who continue to suffer and die because of inhaling smoke, fumes, asbestos, and other contaminants from that day. I can assure you, that pain never goes away, and cannot in ANY WAY be compared to someone who has had something mean said to them. So let's be more compassionate towards them than a few people who are offended, if at all possible.

Well said Frank- Why are they Muslim if they don't believe what the Quran says, and what you stated IS what it says. ALL people who are not Muslim are infidels and deserving of death according to the Quran- that doesn't sound like it mumbled to me- pretty straight forward. And as we have seen, their favorite way of carrying it out is beheading. They have a SINGLE goal in life and there are no rules barring how you achieve it- anything goes! World domination- nothing short of that. When they gain enough power, you will have a choice, convert or become the next headless person, no waiting, no delay. Doesn't sound like a very good or peaceful people to me, not by a long shot. I know more about them than I care to.

A lot of Americans are racist AND hateful. I hate that it's true, but I see it everyday. Racism is a sickness that still lives among us today, and probably will for the rest of our days.

Until the news stops highlighting it, and people learn that we are all equal ... it's going to haunt us.

There you go. So with that being said, I'm not sure I see the problem with one news story about muslims on 9/11.

Every news paper, radio station, publication around the world, yesterday, made a note or payed tribute to 9/11, which was now 8 years ago and will probably continue to do so for the next 50 years. What more do you guys want? It's not OK to report on another angle of the same story?

No other event in our worlds history get's talked about as much as 9/11, and while it's a horrible thing, there are many more larger tragidys in the worlds history. This one is just news worthy because it happened on U.S. soil. You wanna talk favoritism, that's it right there.

Who gives a damn about the Muslims or the Muslim religion? And whether it was a Muslim or a Christian terrorist group who did this, it is about those who suffered from it, not those who caused it or share similar things with those who caused it. I am remembering the fallen, not the religion.

Get off this bull**** already with your bleeding friggin' hearts-- boohoo what about the Muslims who didn't do anything? Ok, what about them?

How about we honor the Fire Fighters, Police, EMS, Civilians, Soldiers, and everyone else who stepped up that day to help whoever needed help and over come their own personal tragedies?

Why are we worried about a f--kin religion?

I hope a mod shuts this down. I can't believe this crap.

And as a soldier, I am so sick of hearing about this. What about the Muslims who didnt do anything, what about the baby seals in the ocean who didn't do anything?

Shut up.
