If your going to do if with gas you won't need anything else... Anything like gas or brake cleaner kills them in seconds.. They also make this bee spray that is foam and it fills in the nest area and in order for the bee's to get out they have to try to fly through this foam but they don't make it through...

Use the gas it will def work..

Gas. It's not like you will be using 5 gallons of the stuff!

I doubt it will make it to your drinking supply.

Ya I wouldn't light it on fire anyway, the opening is right at the edge of the garage anyhow. Wouldn't be too smart to light it on fire, after just getting the thing up, and ground work done around the outside of it.

The Dawn and water sounds like your best bet.

My Dad's grave has ground bees all around. Since it's in a cemetary, using gasoline and lighting them on fire is out of the question (not that I would use that method anyway). I was thinking the Dawn and water but I can't use a garden hose either. Think making a mixture and pouring it on the area would work too?

If it's in a cemetary why don't you just tell the office who will in then turn tell the caretaker to take care of it.. You shouldn't have to do anything..

Jforest is right but if they dont help get a can of the Ortho bee killer from Homedepot or any hardware store. It works great and it shoots pretty far so you have a good running start just incase things go south.

Yeah, they're not very responsive when you ask them for specific things. And yeah, I was concerned about the running start thing. Thanks for letting me know it shoots that far. I'll try the Ortho first or maybe get someone to do it for me. What a sight that would make. Me running around the cemetary with a swarm of bees following me.
