Epic win of the day!

So here's the jist... a guy from the Tallahassee Muscle Car Association (local car club) got his car towed. So he decides to pay his $88.00 towing bill...in pennies. And this is what happens when laziness takes over

Safe for work- I don't want to get banned...

I want my 600 seconds back.

I once paid for a $3 parking fee with 300 pennies.

The girl played it wrong. She should have accepted the pennies, but told the kids they would have to wait until she had counted and rolled it all. That, with all of her other workload, could take 2 days. So, they would get to enjoy waiting in that comfy waiting area while she performed the tasks. They would have changed their minds real quick...

How is this a Win? lol.. seriously, it looked to me as if the guy went and ended up paying in cash, not pennies.. the video wasn't in the room when he paid her in pennies, and he handed his buddy back a few dollars change and the end of the clip..

before anyone says that he walked in and didnt walk out with the money, I must have missed that scene, the video wasn't constantly rolling.. it looks like they gave up and paid for it in cash..

Fail..

His friend was the one with the funds and paid they "bail" he was simply using the cash to show the officers that he was exercising his right to use pennies over dollars.

And yes he really paid with pennies because a local station interviewed the tow company's owner who had to go to the bank and cash it in.

I don't know how to find it, but there is a statute about coinage limits on payments.

Take coins to the US Post Office. They will not accept them unless they are rolled, signed, DL # and address on the roll. I know from experience. I didn't call the police or anything, but the teller handed me a copy of the law at the time.
If I remember right I had something like $25 in Quarters, that I just wanted to use.

Soo...the story goes: Idiot parks illegally, gets his car towed, decides to be a jackass to the impound lot cashier who had nothing to with his car being towed, THE END. How does this = win?
