Excellent. 8 outta 10. Not enough ***** slaughtered for my taste though. I thought it was sort of tame by Tarantino standards.

Question– what happened to Eli Roth's character the "Bear Jew", after his seen with the baseball bat? He wasn't in the tavern shootout, it seems like the character just vanished from the movie at some point. I must have missed something

Loved this movie. And I'll be honest and say I'm not a huge Tarintino follower. Kill bill was too long, and hostel is just not my kind of movie. Haven't seen many others.

And it's basterds. Look at your local movie theatre display.

I was confused about who was who out of the Basterds in the movie. I have to see it again. You're correct because I just read Eli Roth nearly got burnt during the "fire" scene at the end. I gotta say that even though he played a **** freak, Christoph Waltz as Colonel Hans Landa was brilliant, and commanded every scene he was in.

Great movie, I'm going to be seeing that again soon. Damn near flawless Italian they were speaking towards the end too.
