A couple iPod questions...

I load mine manually. I have too many songs in iTunes and my taste varies so much I like controlling what goes on. And the fact my iPod won't hold my entire collection.
So you can chose either manual, or auto sync.

Yeah, it should launch iTunes when you hook up the iPod. At least I'm assuming PCs do that?
