I am able to purchase my first gun. Im stoked. Most people at 18 buy cigs, lottos, etc. I bout cigs 2 days ago just to see if I could, and a lottery a week ago. Im doing something you cant do at all underage. 8am Im going to my old work place to sign the papers and run the background check for my very own gun. THen going to get my license renewed and register to vote.

When I turned 18 I took the baseball cards out of my bicycle spokes.
All that noise seemed kind of childish when I matured.
Besides, I always thought that mod adversely affected my 1/4 mile time.

I'm a firm believer in Gun Control, so here is my advice to you: "Use both hands and know where you're shooting".

If you value your life return the item if this is the gun you purchased.

I got a colt m4 .22. I just got back from the country with it. It is amazing. I bought 100 hollow point high velocity, and a 100 roundhead high velocity. After getting it adjusted for the higher velocity roungs, and figuring out the magazine I was good to go. When I first loaded it I did something wrong and the bullets were at the wrong angle so it would catch one every time and wouldnt completly close. After I figured that out I was golden. It will shoot the rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger. I need to go tomorrow and actually site it in properly. I did it roughly today, but tomorrow we are getting out the bench and going to site it in using the stock sites.

Something doesn't add up here... A colt M4 .22 that shoots hollow points and 'roundheads'

Do you mean a .223/5.56? From the picture is looks like a 5.56

Nope. It is a m4 .22, lol. Its designed to offer cheap practice for the ar15. It is an exact replica of one. So it does in fact shoot .22 caliber rounds.
