E20 E30 & E85 Fuels

Was getting gas in my wife's van last night after we went out to dinner. This station offered E20, E30, and E85 as well as 87 and 91 regular unleaded. The strange part is the E30 was cheaper than the E85. Why? In my understanding the E30 is 30% Ethanol to 70% unleaded. E85 is 85 Ethanol to 15% unleaded.

The 87 unleaded was $2.49 and the E30 was $2.31. The E85 was $2.39. What the hell am I missing here?
