at cannon AFB. i was an "instructor" (had just returned from iraq and put them up there, guess they thought that made me the man for the job) for the erection of the Alaskan Small Shelter system. i cant make this up. she was there cause we were supporting a new training system at lakehurst NAS. She said i was a *****, but, i was training a bunch of different career fields that didn't normally do the type of work and they weren't paying attention. 3 months later we met up at a party and well, 5 yrs married as of august 7 with a 3 yr old boy. she is awesome
