You are looking at a lot to rebuild that. Not to mention the title is probably branded. You will need to have a professional rebuilder get it certified.
Parts look like both fenders, hood, core support, bumper cover and support, headlights, grill, anything hidden like subframe work and paint. I would guess 5-8k at a body shop plus any state rebuilding fees.
The finished product won't be worth its non rebuilt counterpart either.
Insurance companies don't total them unless they aren't worth it.
You may be able to get used parts and save a lot. That is the only way this car would be worthwhile.

christ they're that much? I was thinking more along the lines of 25k - 26k tops. Still like K-Mac said, you're looking at at least 4-5k in terms of repair, more than likely more than that. I don't think it's worth it personally.

I could get it really cheap thats the only reason I would get it. Im just looking for something to drive, the salvaged title doesnt really mean tat much to me as long as it runs and lasts bc I don't plan on selling it. My uncle who is a mechanic estimated the damage around like4 or 5 to get it all fixed, but keep yalls opinions coming they are appreciated.
