cash for_____________, whats next
I had four clunkers I traded for four new trucks.
I sold three new trucks at regular price to three people that didn't have no clunkers to trade.
Now I got me a free truck.
Thanks, Gubmint!

You know I was thinking the same thing. I saw an old Lincoln town car for sale the other day.
Probably worth 1K at the most. I wonder if this program could drive up the price of used junkers that people have laying around.
I mean if I didn't have a junk car I could buy one for 2K and trade it in for 4500 and still be ahead. Even if the car I bought was only worth $200.
PS.. The reason the government didn't put regulations on buying on American cars is because we can't **** off our foreign investors.
However, if the American citizen had any pride in his/her country, they would only buy a Ford car.
Ford - The last capitalist American car company.

As for Kia/Hyundai selling, the number one selling car is the Ford Focus

After that we have a Toyota, Honda, Toyota, Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, Dodge, Honda & Chevy
So.......................... Toyota possibly has the most sales, then probably Ford or Honda.
Why? Some of the "imports" are more "Made in the USA" than Big3 vehicles.

Don't look now, but there is a FBI agent sitting in a van with a pair of wires attached to your phone line at the end of your driveway. He hears EVERYTHING.
people are gonna buy cars thay cant afford... and then expect the government "us" to bail them out.

Cash for kidneys.
Cash for your elderly grandparents.
Cash for your liberty.
Cash for your pride.
Cash for your dignity.
Cash for complacency.
What this really is, is cash, tax payers money, for votes for one of the two parties. They are using our money in a very effective way. I don't think that the Constitution allows it, but hey, that's just an old, antiquated document written by a bunch of old, racist, bigoted, rich, white men.
This is community activism, with our money, on a grand scale. Just you try and stop it!

Must have owned/titled/tagged/insured for previous 12 months.
A lady had a qualifying clunker however, she had been late with one insurance payment and there was a gap in coverage for a few days in the last 12 months.
Her vehicle was denied for the program.
LOL I thought that guy was too well dressed to be living in that van? It's ok I use the cell for all my secret conversations. Besides you can't do any sexting on a rotary dail phone.
Darn near impossible!
Seriously though I only keep it for when the power goes out and all the high tech cordless stop working.
The same thing that all Democratic policies buy, votes. Vote Democratic and we will give you some cash. Cash that we have stolen from someone else.
The $4500 that the government steals from Peter to pay Paul is much better spent by its original owner. Peter would've spent the money more wisley, Paul just thinks that he's gotten free money and spends on an impulse for something that he probably does not need or want.
Eventually Peter's money runs out and Paul loses his job. The government hoards what is left of the resources and pays its own members but little is left for anyone else. Welcome to communism, hello Cuba.
