What is up with all the grenade decals and star decals I keep seeing on all the younger kid's windows?? Some new band? Thought stars were for fruits.

 

i think thats for famous stars and straps which is a clothing company

If it's a nautical star that your talking about its originally associated with sailors and a symbol of protection and guidance but usually worn by the "punk rock" kids so your somewhat right about the fruit thing as well some lesbians have adopted this star for whatever reason, actually thats a new one for me I always thought it was rainbows.

 

Yes, that would be the one. Also seen as just an outline of the star too. Wouldn't catch that on my trucks.

I actually have a few tattoos one of them being a nautical star. Its meaning for me is definitly different than what all the kids think its "cool". But to tell you the truth I really dont get some of the crap the younger people do and Im 24. Most of the time I laugh and think about thier face when they finally realize they have to grow up. lol

I don't get the "stick figure" decals. Do you really need to advertise how many kids you have or that you have 5 cats and 3 dogs? Jeez. - Og

 

I think the same thing when i see those.. It's usually some weird soccer Mom that has those on their Minivan. i just dont get it
