Mark Buehrle of the White Sox pitched a gem---no runs, no hits, no errors, no walks...a no-hitter is damned difficult (I have only had two in 36 years of HS and college baseball), but a perfect game is phenomenal! Prior to this, only 17 perfect games have been tossed---the last one was by Randy Johnson in 2004.

Simply amazing.. But like the old saying goes, every no hitter has at least one great defensive play, and this one was no exception.

Off topic.. but there's really not very many baseball threads on this forum.. what gives?
