Michelle Obama serving food to homeless, with a twist
I do that, but my house payment is only 302.00 for 10 years. While my truck is 325 for 48 months.
At the same time as these people who are spending on things they do not need, I have to deal with rich **** holes who want to buy something and try to talk you down on the price of EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Makes me wanna knock them out cold. Im sorry, you showed up in a Lamborghini murcialago.....and you want me to discount a $15 discman for no reason other than that you feel you deserve a discount? GTFO!!!!!!!!!

Did I ever say I was entitled to their money, no. Why dont they do what nearly everyone in the world does, looks at a price tag, takes it to the counter and pays for it. And not ask for a petty discount like they are entitled to it for no reason. I am not bitter, rich or poor, everything has a price. If you dont like it or cant afford it you dont buy it. No one should be entitled to a discount for no apparent reason, unless it is advertised by the store.

As our economy destructs, expect to see more bartering, as well as buyers who feel that cash is king.
Price haggling is not the rule everywhere.
In New Zealand (sorry I keep bringing up "GodsOwn", but I can't help it) - there's no haggling over the price. The price is clearly marked. You pay EXACTLY what's on the tag. No "surprise" tax that's added in. (Sure, the tax is there, but it's not something that surprises you at the cash register).
Oh, and you go and eat in a restaurant (or a pub where they have wonderful fish and chips) - pretty much the same thing. You pay what's on the menu. No (added) tax. NO TIP! (Servers are paid a decent wage).
Why couldn't we do that here?

Whatever Snopes might say about the picture, many of us have seen the same thing in our daily lives. A picture is just a snap shot in time. Many of us have seen this type of thing happen over and over. I've got a reletive who is one of thoes welfare recipients who's got her priorities mixed up. I hope that she can get her act together soon. Her two kids depend on her.
I've had the opportunity to have worked for and talked to several "rich" people. Because I don't hold a grudge against people who are better off than I am, I'm interested in knowing how they've become "rich" people. A majority of the people that I've talked to are rich because they've busted their *** to become that way. I understand hard work and get the impression that they deserve what they have. There are a few trust fund babies that I've worked for who look down on me and think that everybody is trying to rob them. It's very hard to make them happy. It's usually not worth our trouble to have them as our customer.
More than half of the voting public have been suckered by someones agenda. Cut off your nose to spite your face.

And now we have their man in the White House.
