I can understand building codes and restrictions that require concrete drives, etc. I just do not understand how something like this can be enforced. Remind me to stay out of Toledo. That mayor needs to be in an institution.

Yep, The mayor is famous again. There is even a book about him. I live about 2 miles north of the Toilet (Toledo), and i own 5 rental properties there also. i have been going round and round with the City of Toledo about getting my sidewalks replaced due to the city owned trees have lifted them. No Money, no money, but don't park in your stone driveway's... wait till someone falls and sues them over my sidewalks.....
