Going on our 48th straight day of 90+ degree weather so a pool is nice to have right now. My oldest daughter and son in law have a pool so we just let them have the expense! Turn about is fair right?

That's a sweet gig -- when you've had enough, you get to leave BOTH the pool maintenance and the kid behind!!!

I think one reason they want you to get a permit for almost everything is that they want to make sure they get to reassess the property for possible tax increases.

NO - the spam post has been removed since I posted that. Check the post dates! The spam post was made before Roadie's first post this morning, it bumped the 6 year old dead thread so I guess he didn't bother to look at the post dates before he replied.
