leave the poor truck owner alone...He's in the handi-capped parking...
That may explain the mods.

saw the truck again today, the guy isnt even handicapped. he came running out the store and he was parked in the handicapped spot again. wierd.

Brah! the deal is that when he has passengers in the rear, he figures he won't have to worry about filty finger smudges on the chrome handles . so he had a brilliant idea and left them off.

maybe the truck is handicapped, hence the parking spot and the chrome/lack of handles
