all of a sudden my Expedition would not start today. i jumped it (took forever) and ran it around to charge, and let it sit for some time charging. i go to shut if off and start it back up and nothing... i don't think the battery is recharging, what could be the problem???? it happened out of the blue. i have the 5.4 Eddie Bauer.

 

Could have dropped a cell in the battery. Alternator could have died. Battery connection could have corroded enough to eat through the cable. Battery cable might not be making good contact. Just a few ideas.

If you can get it up to advance or auto zone let them do a test on it. It could be a bad battery if it's not holding a charge.
