I've been to races here in Charlotte and in Bristol... enough do to ruin any benefit of a wet day.

Actions detrimental to nascar... $200,000 fine, -200 points and 12 race suspension

...or they could be like the NFL and throw the rulebook at him for excessive celebration in the end zone

Who does it disrescpect? Is it not the winners trophy? Can he not do what he pleases with it?

Let me guess, your guy doesn't win as mush as Busch?

First off Sam Bass. He may have said he was o.k. with it but do you honestly believe that? It was his art work. Secondly, the heritage of Nashville. It's a (or was anyways) a very unique trophy that could be considered somewhat symbolic with Nashville. I'm sure that some of his team mates deep down inside also thought that it was disrespectful. It also could be perceived as he really doesn't give a chit about that track. IDK, just didn't seem right to me.

If Bass wasn't ok with it, then he should have said something. Once again it's his trophy and he can with it as he pleases. He said everyone was getting a piece of the trophy. How else can anyone get a piece if it's not in pieces. It's not real hard to follow along.

Here's a pic for all the whiners in this thread.

Jeff Gordon has more wins, Jimmie Johnson has more wins, and Clint Bowyer is just in an unfortunate situation in which he got screwed over because they gave his team to a sissy driver.

I agree, he won it so he can do with it as he pleases. Doesn't change the fact that that was disrespectful and he's once again proven what an idiot he is.

First off I was talking to johnnyd, not you asshat.

Second, Gordon and Johnson have been in the series longer. They should have more wins.

Thirdly, Bowyer sucks. He's had 3.5 seasons in Sprint Cup. Time to step up. RCR as a whole sucks. They have for years and will continue. I will give Bowyer props for making the first 5 races with no points to fall back on.

There was a funny comment on Wind Tunnel.......If Jr did what Ky Busch did, it would've been considered the greatest victory lane celebration......EVAH!!

As much as I dislike Busch for the way he acts when he doesn't win, I'd rather have him win in every series just so the haters can get their panties in a bunch.

He can't win in the important series this year, so he will be the big man and beat up on a bunch of young kids trying to get their start in the busch series.

So he didn't win the Gatorade Duel he was in? Or Vegas? Or Bristol? Or Richmond?

Just making sure we're straight on this, cause I was sure he'd won this year.

He just want's to race. That's why he'll fly halfway across the country to race Saturday night.

How about Carl Edwards? Gonna bust on him too? He said he wants to win the Nationwide and Sprint Cup championships in the same year.

How about Tony Stewart who went and raced at Eldora Friday and Saturday night? He just wants to race.

Is Busch leadin the points? No, because he can't run consistent. The duals dont mean anything. Carl Edwards doesn't bother me in the NWS because he doesnt treat it the same way as Busch does. Edwards knows there are a lot of young guys trying to learn in that series, and he probably teaches some in the garage area. Busch will wreck anybody just to get to the front, and if he has a bad race, he storms off like a baby. If Edwards has a bad NWS race, he accepts it, and looks forward to the cup race. Doesn't matter though, Keselowski is going to win the NWS anyway .
