years ago people would call you crazy for that. Now its more accepted. I plan on doing the same for my dog when she dies. One of my co-workers told me he did that too, has the earn sitting above his fireplace. I think its because we are a lot closer to our dogs then we are to many family members, so its more upsetting when it happens. For example, I've never had one fight with my dog. It's all been a good friendship since the day I got her .
