I am trying to submit a plan for a sprinkler system. I am provided a piece of graph like paper and I'm supposed to put my lot and house lay out on the paper. I have lot plan that is to the correct scale (1in=20ft) but MS Paint is owning me right now and won't let me just take the ink part of the paper. It wants to pull the white so it covers up the graph on the sheet I'm working on.

If you can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I can e-mail both images to you.
