i see this all the time, "FREE ESTIMATES" and it makes me wonder.

in todays competitive world, who in the world pays for an estimate of any kind?

i had a window company come out for a "free" estimate they told me if i bought 5 windows or more it would be "free" installation. of course the windows were around $600 a piece. i picked some decent pella ones for $200.what a scam lol
