Whitey,
Rat Fink created by "Big Daddy" Ed Roth in the 60s. Lately I've only seen it in two places. 1- A magazine called Drive!, Big Daddy writes a column. I don't know where it's published, but it's a freebe
available here in So Cal at the local performance stores and swaps. 2- A vendor at one of the local auto swaps sells t-shirts with the Rat Fink.
Thanks for saying "you guys form the 60s" and not "you old guys".

Hey Goldie, I'm one of those old guys and occaisonally see the rat fink logo in publications etc (even saw a guy with a tatoo of the fink on his forearm). I was just lookin for the image to download, I live in Georgia and even though I would love to visit southern calif, I don't believe I'll be makin an appearance at any swap meets there anytime soon, round here we call LA--lower alabama...

As a pimply teen, I ordered a Rat Fink t-shirt from Ed with a coupon from the back of a Rod and Custom magazine (or was it Car Craft?). Anyway, the shirt was highly appropriate, I was told. It said "Mother's Worry". I think the dude was driving a Bucket "T" or something. I remember his right arm was way out, higher than the top rail of the windshield, hand on the shift ball that was higher than the guy's head, demonic look in his eyes.

Definitely me.

I'm not a guy from the 60's(unless you count being born in 67 ) I love all the Roth stuff, even got an autographed likeness of him(resin head, complete with top hat!!) I collect all the model kits, and I'm only missing a few of them. There is a link to Ed's site on mooneyes site,I believe. He travels with some car shows, and will sign or pinstripe almost anything for you..Nice guy,,,98

Sorry, didn't help much, but I do love the Rat fink stuff! I just found the 12" tall Rat Fink figure riding a hemi powered skateboard.
