I hate when that happens...............
Probably the part I hate most about these trucks is the windshield. Picks up way too many rocks and gets pitted to hell. I don't think the defelector protects the windshield at all, only deflects things from the hood into the window. I got the deflector to protect the paint on the leading edge of the hood from getting all pitted up and then rusting under the constant salt wash in the wintertime.
Now we're getting all of the winter sand of the roads, but the dump trucks are all hauling mud that flies everywhere
While windshields may be "free" under insurance - you are still paying for it (and then some!)
