Words could not explain the pain and torture they should go through.

I don't even know what to say. What is wrong with some people? I hope that they get theirs in jail.
My thoughts and prayers to the survivors and to their family.

I believe the meth lab comment. There must have been some type of chemical problem with his mind. And that mug shot says it all.

I really wouldn't be suprised if that would come out later. They had to be hiding something. But if you logically think about it shooting at someone to hide a meth lab couldn't get your *** in trouble any quicker. Even if they didn't hit them i'm sure they would have called the cops. I live in meth capital of the world and quite frankly i'm suprised we weren't shot at while riding. We always rode on private property down by the river. Private property signs everywhere. We knew the risks we took by getting the CO called on us and getting into serious trouble but their isn't anywhere to really ride around here. People like this ought to just be shot. The death penalty in my opinion should be mandatory for all 50 states. "Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth"

A couple of years ago two kids were shot when a guy who lives near the end of a dirt road not far from my house thought a bunch of kids in a car were going to fast. When the kids turned around at the dead end he was waiting for them in the road. When the kids saw he had a gun they didn't stop and he unloaded into the back of the car as it went by. One kid was hit in the arm and the other was hit in the back. He wasn't paralyzed but damn close. The old guy told the PA trooper that he would do it again if they came back - even as he was being arrested for attempted murder. WTF???

You've got to be a really sick bas***d to take aim at what is CLEARLY a child (unless that child had a gun pointed at you) no matter what the circumstances.
People take that "In Texas you can shoot trespassers" crap a little too far. I don't know if it's real or not, but if it is, from what I heard, it had to be dark- you just can't go shooting people all *****-nilly.

That is a terrible thing, as they were just having fun. But as a property owner, I've had trespassers that I confront, and even had some smart asses show me a gun. But when people continually trespass on your land , and destroy your property/ People have no respect, and will come on your property, cut your trees, mud ride and destroy your roads, litter. start fires etc:.
I'd never shoot anyone for it, but I have had a deputy and a tow truck come and impound other peoples trucks.
It is a terrible thing a young one died in the incident, just because adults can't follow the law. You want to trespass, do so at your own risk. Shooting people is certainly no sport, and the people that did the shooting deserve much more than the law gives them.

In your case you just used common sense, just to have someones truck impounded would teach them a lesson and no one would have to bury there kid.
