Question Wheelbase....

What is the wheelbase on a 1979 f-150 or a Bronco? Thanks

78 and 79 Bronco was 104" WB. The complete redesign for 80 changed it to 105". I don't know what the F-series WB were, but they would be longer on even the short bed.

Hey, good luck on rebuilding the engine. I just did mine, it is a runner. It is bored 10 over, head is shaved, flat top pistons and a very lumpy cam. The next investment will be a 4 barrel carb. I hope to see something similer from you, there just aren't enough ford I6 engines on the road.

I think the wheelbase on the F-Series back then is just a little bit shorter or longer than what they are today within 2 or 3 inches.
