I don't own one.. friend does. I had a min to play with it and came up with the exact same criticisms as she has in the month she's had it. First it looks cool, has some really neat features, but I'm sure you know that. The touch screen sucks! If you are going to use it as a blackberry/smart phone, get something else. Get something with a full qwerty keyboard, don't even settle for the pearl. I have average size hands, and she's fairly dainty, both of us had problems with "fat fingering" the keyboard when typing. I've talked with owners of the iphone and the htc touch and they've had similar problems, which is why htc came out with the touch pro or something like that which has the cool touch screen and a slide out keypad. I haven't played with the HTC touch, but playing with an iphone and the storm, I'd have to give the storm the edge on the touch screen, but not by much.

While I like the phone itself and I love the keyboard (much better than the Iphone) and touch screen, I've heard they're slow and glitchy. Also, the processor in them isn't as powerful as the one in the Bold. I've heard rumors of an updated Storm, so I'd wait for that to come out....

I HAD one....For about 4 months, never really liked the touch screen of the Storm, like the IPhone better. Also, I had issues with the Video not recording correctly. The Internet was good and pretty fast IMO. Anyways, I sold it for $250(only paid $100) and bought a Krave. If you want a Blackberry, then get the bold

Always happens, always worth waiting for the second release on a big tech phone like that or the iphone.

I've tried out the storm for a whole 2 days. Sent it back to verizon.. I was thinking about getting rid of my iphone but after playing with the storm, I think the iphone's touch screen is alot better.. You don't need any pressure to use it.. You barely have to touch it. I like that....
