Welcome Back Mat, nice truck! Will this one make it to the Dunes? If this one stays On-Road try La Vache. How about piaa-teal? Teal Rhino or Blue Rhino? Le Truck? The Camion? La charrue (the Plow).

What is a camion? Anyways thanks for the tips... not sure if its gonna see much off-road action, after all that's what I've got my Explorer for! . Who knows though... maybe after a few months I'll be more willing ot beat it up a bit, for now... its my baby, LOL. I've been thinking more and more about the names, Apollo sounds cool, but people would associate it with the spacecraft which it isn't (until I take it airborn in the dunes, LOL). Mithras sounds cool but it'd need explaining every time, same thing with Belenus. helios, no way do I want a truck named helios... LOL they'd never let me get the personalized plates!

Matt, "camion" is French for truck.

BTW, I don't know why anybody would want a truck named La Vache. The Cow?

oh yeah, still got the truck . I think I decided how to decide the nickname problem, I'm going to take the top three ideas and apply for personalized plates... the first one they accept will be the new name of my truck

Here's what I've decided... in no particular order
- Reno
- Mithras (sounds cool and I'm sure that license plate isn't taken! LOL)
- Apollo

By the way, email me at matt@explorerforum.com, I've got a question for ya.

what do you think of "afraid of the dark". It'll sound better once I get the next 6 lights installed .

Thumbs up

That's good but how about a variation like "Ain't afraid of the dark" or "Who's afraid of the dark" instead? Just a thought!
