sounds like a great idea , but i agree with the article, on how it will be come out-dated like car-phones were , with every ones black berries and iphones and what not, there wil be no need for a car computer , when every one has one in their pocket

screen size is a big advantage with the vehicle mounted vs hand held... especially for us old guys whos near vision isn't that great....
